Sorry for the late journal entry.

But to catch up on what's happened with me lately, I will tell you. First of all, I had a really great Christmas and got the following:
-The original Broadway cast recording for Ragtime
-Bolt the video game for X-Box 360
-Star Wars: The Clone Wars Lightsaber Battle for the Wii
-A Michael Jackson T-shirt
-A four-figure South Park set (with Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny)
-Candy
- A pair of Super Mario Bros. pajama pants
-Something, Something, Something Dark Side and The Hangover, both on Blu-ray
- A Sony Cybershot camera
- $45 worth of iTunes cards, getting the following with them:
*Dreamgirls Soundtrack (Anyone who has seen or is interested in see The Princess and the Frog may be surprised that the voices of Tiana and Louis- Anika Noni Rose and Michael-Leon Wooley- are in this movie.

)
*101 Dalmatians soundtrack
* Selections from Michael Jackson's This Is It
* Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel deluxe soundtrack (I'm probably gonna get yelled at by some of you for it.

)
Moving on from that, I saw Avatar, The Princess and the Frog (my second time

) and Sherlock Holmes.
Avatar: 9.5/10
It was very awesome and it kicked ass!

But it was kind of long.

Hell; I think I love this even more than James Cameron's previous movie, Titanic.

The Princess and the Frog: (altogether) 8.6/10
Sure, it has its flaws and the story was kind of rushed. Then again, no movie is truly perfect. Besides, this one could be the start of something new for Disney!

Sherlock Holmes: 9.3/10
This was a really awesome rendition of the famous English detective, and isn't your average English detective stereotype.

Erm... even though I never really read the original Sherlock Holmes books.

Now, for my words on 2009 and the past decade. Sure, some parts of this decade- especially 2009- have sucked.

But that doesn't mean we'll have some hope for the new decade- let alone 2010!

So..... all in all, Happy New Year to you guys!
